What you'll be doing: - Develop and execute a scalable eCommerce growth strategy to maximize revenue and profitability in AXA's B2C travel insurance channel.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Oversee end-to-end management of digital platforms, enhancing customer experience, funnel performance, and conversion rates.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid media, affiliates, social media, and CRM campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Use data analytics and A/B testing to optimize pricing, promotions, content, and website performance.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align strategies, implement new capabilities, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Manage vendor relationships and develop affiliate strategies to sustain and accelerate growth ambitions.
- Monitor key KPIs and leverage insights to continuously refine the product portfolio and user journey.
What you'll bring: - 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong background in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and testing methodologies (A/B testing).
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and adapt quickly to change.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation.
- Deep understanding of travel insurance or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
