Director Ancillary Applications provides strategic leadership, governance, operational oversight, and lifecycle management for all Ancillary and third-party applications across the enterprise, including clinical systems, departmental applications, standalone platforms, specialized vendor solutions and acquired legacy systems supporting hospital and ambulatory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring these applications remain stable, secure, integrated, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives through effective application support, interoperability management, vendor oversight, application rationalization, and enterprise integration strategies across clinical, operational, and business domains. This position collaborates closely with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and executive leadership to ensure technology solutions effectively support patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth initiatives. This position requires the ability to independently identify and fulfill responsibilities with minimal oversight, especially on critical matters. The role frequently involves exercising discretion and independent judgment, evaluating different options, and making informed decisions. The position is expected to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $79,872.00 to $252,241.60 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
