The Director of Analytics & Reporting is a senior leader and player-coach responsible for executing the analytics strategy through scalable capabilities, disciplined delivery, and measurable business outcomes. This role leads and develops a team of analytics professionals while remaining actively involved in solution design, complex analysis, executive reporting, data product development, and issue resolution.
The Director oversees a growing analytics portfolio and establishes the processes, standards, and operating cadence needed to convert business needs into reporting, insights, and analytical solutions. This role partners with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology, and other business functions.
Success requires building trust in data, improving the speed and quality of insights, reducing manual processes, and ensuring analytics support business decision-making.
ExperienceRequired- 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data products, decision support, or a related field.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for delivery, coaching, performance, and resource management.
- Experience developing roadmaps and delivering analytics portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.
- Experience working with large, complex data sources and partnering with technology and data teams.
Preferred- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience with Python, R, SAS, modern data platforms, analytics engineering, workflow automation, or product-based delivery methods.
EducationRequired- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
- Equivalent education and experience may be substituted.
Preferred- Advanced degree or professional certification in analytics, data management, project management, process improvement, quality, or related disciplines.

- Experience with enterprise data governance, MDM, or audit frameworks.

Pay Range: $149,882.00 - $224,823.00
Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
