Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs, supervises all operations and coordinates all provider activities in collaboration with medical dyad for the assigned area of responsibility. This involves either direct or indirect responsibility for staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, telecommunications, physician recruitment and relations, growth and development of new service lines, equipment purchases and maintenance, and facility development. This is carried out through daily interaction with physicians, managers, supervisors, and senior administrative personnel.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Allied Health profession, Business, Health Care Administration, or other related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of management experience in healthcare setting. Knowledge of lean training is preferred. Knowledge of personnel, administrative and financial procedures and practices, as well as principles, techniques, terminology and procedures of sound management is required. Experience with computer business applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, or comparable program is essential.
