Full Job Description
Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking a Director of Biomed Clinical Engineering HTM for Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI. This leader will oversee a wide range of medical equipment and provide guidance to staff.

The role requires a high-level leader who can manage supervisors and technical professionals while driving process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HTM leader seeking growth and advancement.

You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $110075 - $142450

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

  • Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with executive leadership as well as oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance and Project Management/Capital Planning.
