Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking a Director of Biomed Clinical Engineering HTM for Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI. This leader will oversee a wide range of medical equipment and provide guidance to staff.

Pay Range: $110075 - $142450
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Proven business acumen and financial management expertise, with confidence in making sound budgetary and operational decisions.
- Extensive experience leading high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent.
- Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with executive leadership as well as oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance and Project Management/Capital Planning.
Requirements- Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Management Experience: 5 years
- Related Experience: 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices
