Full Job Description
Vous serez responsable de :

  • Coordonner les mandats de vérification diligente financière;
  • Réviser les analyses financières effectuées;
  • Identifier les enjeux clés et leur impact potentiel sur l'investissement;
  • Identifier et quantifier les ajustements de BAIIA requis;
  • Évaluer les besoins en fonds de roulement;
  • Révision de divers documents légaux (Lettre d'intention, convention d'achat et vente et ententes financement);
  • Communiquer les constats et recommandations aux clients et autres parties prenantes;
  • Préparation de rapport portant sur la qualité des bénéfices;
  • Supervision des membres juniors de l'équipe;
  • Veiller à l'exécution des mandats dans les délais et les budgets prévus;
  • Garder les associés informés sur l'avancement des travaux;
  • Assister dans la préparation d'offres de services; et
  • Assister dans la révision des travaux en cours et la facturation.

Les qualification qui comptent :

  • Titre professionnel (CPA, CFA or CBV) est un atout;
  • 5 ans d'expérience au sein d'un cabinet comptable ou de conseils;
  • 2 ans d'expérience en vérification diligente financière;
  • Connaissances avancées en matière d'analyse financière;
  • Compétences techniques comptables avancées et une compréhension approfondie des principes comptables généralement reconnus (PCGR);
  • Capacité à gérer des mandats, à encadrer des membres juniors de l'équipe et à évoluer dans un environnement rapide.
  • Excellente communication verbale et écrite (français et anglais);
  • Bonne capacité de gestion du temps et des priorités; et
  • Connaissance approfondie de MS Excel, Powerpoint et d'autres outils de la suite MS.

What you'll do

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clients and stakeholders;
  • Prepare Quality of Earnings reports;
  • Supervise junior team members;
  • Ensure projects are progressing and completed within budget and deadlines;
  • Keeping partners informed, on an ongoing basis, of progress and significant issues;
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals; and
  • Assist in the review of work in process and billing.

What you need to succeed

  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis;
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other tools of the MS suite.
