Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global sourcing, supply planning, supplier management, logistics, and inventory optimization activities.
  • Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure achievement of quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Drive supply chain and operational improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
  • Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives through supplier negotiations, value engineering, and data-driven decision making.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital effectiveness.
  • Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including component availability, single-source dependencies, and logistics disruptions.
  • Develop operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and governance processes to drive accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Service, Quality, and Sales to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or operations.
  • Experience managing global suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.
  • Proven success driving operational improvements, cost reductions, and supply chain performance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.


Preferred

  • Experience within enterprise hardware, data storage, networking, telecommunications, or related technology industries.
  • Experience with cost-management disciplines such as should-cost analysis, value engineering, or total cost of ownership methodologies.
  • Experience leading operational transformation, automation, or digital supply chain initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP, planning, procurement, or supply chain management systems.
