Job Description:- Leads and communicates strategic PX priorities in collaboration with divisional leadership and corporate partners.
- Uses data and insights to identify trends, shape facility-level action plans, and inform strategy.
- Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to ensure accountability for PX performance and the sustained integration of a PX-focused culture.
- Monitors and analyzes PX performance, leveraging data to steer improvements and hold peers and subordinates accountable to established goals and PX culture.
- Partners closely with campus C-suite leadership to drive shared accountability for PX outcomes and ensure consistent, sustainable excellence across the facility.
- Oversees and coordinates PX resources, including overseeing and providing guidance and direction to PX managers and/or specialists to support effective execution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Patient Experience (PX) Expertise: Deep knowledge of PX principles, employee engagement, and organization-wide culture initiatives. [Required]
- Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret and act on workforce and experience data to inform decisions and drive improvements. [Required]
- Strategic Vision: Sets and communicates a clear PX strategy that aligns with both divisional and corporate priorities. [Required]
- Influence & Collaboration: Effectively builds relationships and drives accountability among senior leaders and cross-functional teams. [Required]
- Organizational Acumen: Understands how PX strategies connect to business objectives and operational realities within the division. [Required]
- Stakeholder Management: Builds strong partnerships and effectively manages expectations across business functions and regions. [Required]
Education:- Bachelor's degree [Required]
- Master's degree [Preferred]
Work Experience:- 5+ years of healthcare/hospital experience [Required]
- 3+ years leadership experience [Required]
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA or Design Thinking [Preferred]

Pay Range:$105,006.04 - $195,321.62
