The Director plans, organizes, coordinates, implements and evaluates the delivery of care within the assigned service. He/She is responsible for participating in budgetary development. He/She provides direction, support and guidance to all staff members and aids in their clinical and professional development. He/She has 24 hour accountability
QualificationsEducation:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
BSN preferred
Experience:
Problem solving skills.
Licenses/Certificates:
- RN licensure in the state of Alabama
- Current BLS
