Master's degree in Divinity, Spiritual Care, or equivalent required
Ordained Minister (ORDM) certification required
3+ years of experience in a ministry setting, preferably in healthcare
Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
Proficient in grammar, spelling, and following written/verbal instructions
