Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Leadership
  • Own the Pyxis Logistics product portfolio strategy and roadmap.
  • Define and align long-term platform investments across legacy and next-generation cloud solutions.
  • Balance customer commitments, technical debt reduction, cybersecurity, scalability, and innovation priorities.
  • Partner with Product Management and Commercial teams to translate market needs into executable product strategies.
  • Lead annual strategic planning, roadmap reviews, and investment prioritization.

Cloud Transformation Leadership
  • Lead the development and commercialization of the next-generation cloud-based Pyxis Logistics platform.
  • Drive adoption of modern software development practices including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud reliability engineering, and AI-enabled software development tools.
  • Establish architecture, scalability, cybersecurity, interoperability, and SaaS operational strategies.
  • Ensure seamless migration paths for existing customers from legacy platforms to cloud-based solutions.

Program & Execution Leadership
  • Own overall program success, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional Core Team members across R&D, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Service, Clinical, Cybersecurity, and Commercial functions.
  • Drive decision making, issue resolution, and risk mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure product development phase deliverables, milestones, and gate readiness requirements are achieved.

Sustaining Engineering & Legacy Product Ownership
  • Own lifecycle management of the installed base of Pyxis Logistics products.
  • Prioritize customer enhancements, defect remediation, cybersecurity updates, infrastructure modernization, and regulatory commitments.
  • Balance sustaining investments against new product development priorities.
  • Lead field issue resolution and product health reviews to maintain customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Financial & Resource Management
  • Own product and program funding plans. Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
  • Manage portfolio budgets and resource allocations across strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are appropriately staffed to meet product and business commitments.

Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Build and lead high-performing, matrixed, cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Mentor technical and functional leaders.
  • Drive organizational improvements that increase engineering productivity, quality, predictability, and time-to-market.

Success Metrics
  • Successful delivery of cloud-based Pyxis Logistics roadmap commitments.
  • Achievement of portfolio revenue, customer adoption, and market growth objectives.
  • Platform reliability, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Predictable GPDS execution and milestone achievement.
  • Reduction of technical debt and improved development velocity.
  • Successful migration of customers from legacy to cloud-based platforms.
  • High employee engagement and cross-functional team effectiveness
