Full Job Description
As an Application Analyst on the Digital Workplace team, you will help make work easier, clearer, and more connected through Microsoft 365 products that support communication, collaboration, and content management. This role has a strong focus on managing and supporting SharePoint Online and partners closely with business stakeholders, support teams, and technical peers to understand needs, recommend improvements, coordinate change, and maintain reliable, secure, supportable, and easy-to-use services.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently, apply sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of assigned services and initiatives with limited oversight. The successful candidate will bring strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, practical SharePoint experience, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and support SharePoint as a key area of responsibility, including sites, permissions, content structures, lifecycle activities, governance practices, and ongoing maintenance.


  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and related productivity tools.


  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and clarify requirements, and recommend practical technology or process improvements.


  • Evaluate requests and help determine the appropriate Microsoft 365 solution based on business need, user experience, supportability, and established standards.


  • Coordinate SharePoint improvements, migrations, site changes, intranet updates, and other Digital Workplace initiatives.


  • Apply established governance standards and contribute to improvements in SharePoint administration, documentation, processes, and support practices.


  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues and coordinate resolution across teams when needed.


  • Monitor Microsoft 365 changes and assess potential impacts to users, business processes, support practices, and existing solutions.


  • Organize and prioritize multiple support requests, improvement efforts, stakeholder needs, and project responsibilities.


  • Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, risks, and changes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Maintain documentation, support guidance, standards, and knowledge resources.


  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to peers and support partners as appropriate.


  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in employee experience, service reliability, governance, and support.


What You'll Need

  • Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, preferably with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, administration, governance, or service support. including sites, permissions, content management, governance, troubleshooting, and related service activities.


  • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and turning them into clear technical or process improvements.
    Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing support, project, and stakeholder requests.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting across multiple systems or teams.
    Ability to exercise sound professional judgment, make recommendations, and work independently with limited coaching.


  • Ability to build productive working relationships and contribute to shared team ownership and knowledge transfer.
