Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations within EPC, engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows and project lifecycles, particularly in utility-scale solar and battery storage.
• Familiarity with systems like Workday, SmartSheets, Sharepoint, Oracle, and P6.
• Expertise in data architecture, APIs, and BI tools such as Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code for engineering applications.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the digital roadmap for EPC.
• Integrate third-party and develop internal software solutions.
• Streamline enterprise data flow and enhance cross-team collaboration.
• Enhance team productivity through automation and AI-developed tools.
• Collaborate with EPC, Operations, and Engineering to address workflow issues.
• Ensure digital platforms are reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Establish governance, training, and programs for platform adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee system integrations.
