Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital transformation or enterprise software operations, preferably in EPC or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows and project lifecycles, especially in utility-scale solar and battery storage.
• Experience with major systems like Workday, Oracle, and SharePoint.
• Expertise in data architectures, APIs, and BI tools such as Power BI and SQL.
• Familiarity with AI tools for engineering applications like Claude Code.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business, with a Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EPC digital transformation roadmap.
• Integrate external software and develop internal solutions or enhancements.
• Streamline data flow and foster collaboration across enterprise systems.
• Enhance productivity by creating automated workflows with AI technologies.
• Work collaboratively with EPC, Operations, and Engineering to address workflow challenges.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of digital platforms.
• Establish governance, training, and adoption initiatives for digital tools.
• Lead vendor management and oversee system integration efforts.
