About the Role
The Digital Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by managing direct customer relationships and supporting partner collaboration efforts. This role carries full-cycle sales responsibility for mid-sized accounts and works closely with internal teams and channel partners to expand pipeline, close business, and support customer success.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Manage a defined territory of existing and prospective customers to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets β executing against a territory plan that identifies priority accounts, growth opportunities, and partner engagement needs.
- Lead sales cycles from qualification and discovery through proposal and close β partnering with marketing, presales, and customer success to ensure coordinated and effective customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders β serving as a trusted point of contact across mid-sized accounts within the assigned territory.
- Support joint selling efforts with channel and reseller partners on targeted opportunities β participating in partner enablement activities and co-selling motions to expand pipeline and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting β applying company sales methodology and tools to manage opportunities effectively and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across teams β contributing to territory strategy, sharing knowledge with newer team members, and managing moderately complex sales opportunities with growing independence.
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 2β5+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales and a proven track record of managing a defined territory and carrying individual quota.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills β with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders across mid-sized accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Experience working collaboratively across internal teams β including marketing, presales, customer success, and channel partners β to drive coordinated customer engagement and pipeline growth.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required, with the ability to analyze sales data and manage opportunities effectively using established sales methodologies and tools.
What We'd Like to See
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales with a focus on pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal closure within a defined territory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting frameworks to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility for sales leadership.
- Experience supporting joint selling efforts with channel or reseller partners β including co-selling motions and partner enablement activities.
- Ability to apply structured sales methodologies to manage moderately complex deals with sound judgment and growing independence.
- Demonstrated ability to share knowledge and provide informal guidance or mentorship to newer team members within a sales organization.
Pay Transparency
The base compensation range for this role is $76,672 β $88,409 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable laws.
