Job Description:

The Digital Syndication Analyst plays a critical key role in bringing the iconic Mars Snacking portfolio to life online across ecommerce retailer websites. They will be responsible for ensuring product content is accurately published, maintained, and optimized. The associate will focus on managing syndication platforms, automating tasks and building workflows. The Digital Syndication Analyst will oversee publishing best-in-class content across retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, Target, Kroger, Meijer, Walgreens, CVS and many more.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Manage item setup, content, digital assets, and syndication across priority retailers using Salsify, Syndigo, NielsenIQ Brandbank, CXH, Label Insight, and retailer portals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on retailer content requirements and best practices for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, and other ecommerce partners.
  • Administer syndication, PIM, and DAM platforms, partnering with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and complete product content, attributes, assets, and metadata across source systems and retailer sites.
  • Drive Perfect Digital Store (PDS) and content health improvements using CommerceIQ Digital Shelf Analytics and retailer reporting tools.
  • Own content compliance reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring adherence to internal standards and retailer requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of content operations.
  • Manage content-related tickets and retailer content disruptions, ensuring timely resolution with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor content compliance and syndication performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on ecommerce, digital shelf, and content syndication trends and best practices.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 74,511.00 - USD 102,453.00
