Full Job Description
What you'll do: Product Advisory Consultant in the Digital Product Management Expertise Center will...
Our team partners with clients in pharma, med-tech, and beyond to discover, build, and deliver digital products their users and customers value. We lead our clients through digital transformations that change how they build digital products. We help them adopt a product operating model, embed agile ways of working, and apply a genuine product mindset across their digital investments. We measure our success by the outcomes our clients achieve once we've changed how they work.
What you'll do
As a Product Advisory Consultant, you will take clients from where they are today to a materially better way of working. Engagements range from maturing the ways of working of high-performing teams to standing up, or rebuilding, digital product organizations from the ground up. You will move fluidly between executive-level partnership and hands-on, in-the-weeds support for individual product managers.
On large-scale transformations, you will partner with senior leaders to design the next generation of enterprise digital organizations. Drawing on deep expertise in product management and agile ways of working, you will shape how teams operate across strategic planning, governance, decision rights, ceremonies, and core product artifacts. You will diagnose the current state, define the target operating model, build the playbooks that make it real, facilitate the workshops that drive alignment, and solve the organizational-design problems that determine whether a transformation actually sticks.
You will own workstreams end-to-end, structure ambiguous problems into a clear path forward, and bring the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders, all while coaching the product managers doing the day-to-day work.
