Full Job Description
The Digital Product Manager, Field & Customer Applications is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling customer- and field-facing digital tools (e.g., Radius and future applications) that drive engagement, streamline workflows, and support revenue growth. This role combines product strategy, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with business and customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for field and customer applications, aligning business goals and customer needs
  • Identify and drive opportunities for revenue generation, customer engagement, and product adoption through digital tools
  • Lead concept development, validation, and launch of new digital capabilities, including pilots and MVPs
  • Analyze and improve customer and field workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and increase efficiency
  • Partner with sales, marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure tools support real-world use cases and commercial objectives
  • Define and track product KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact)
  • Leverage customer feedback, VOC, and behavioral data to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement, including A/B testing and iterative enhancements
  • Evaluate and manage third-party tools, platforms, and partnerships to enhance product capabilities
  • Collaborate with UX, IT, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions
  • Ensure alignment with broader DXP, data, and integration strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
  • Required:

    • 5-8 years of experience in digital product management or related roles
    • Experience working with digital platforms (web, mobile apps, or customer tools)
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
    • Experience using analytics to inform product decisions
  • Preferred:
    • 7-10+ years of experience in digital product or innovation roles
    • Experience launching or scaling customer-facing digital tools or applications
    • Experience in B2B industries (construction, building materials, or similar)
    • Experience with DXP platforms (e.g., Optimizely), CRM systems, or eCommerce tools
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Working Conditions:
  • This position typically operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate meetings across time zones or address critical business needs. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies, including those related to data security, confidentiality, acceptable use of technology, and remote work standards.
  • This position follows a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the company's flexible work arrangement policy and any site-specific guidelines. The employee is expected to adhere to their assigned onsite and hybrid schedule and maintain productivity, responsiveness, and collaboration whether working remotely or in the office. In-person participation may be required for team activities, meetings, or business-critical events.
  • Periodic travel may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or company-sponsored events, with advance notice provided. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the company's travel and expense policy.
