Description

The Business Analyst partners with Product Management to translate business needs into detailed requirements while supporting planning, delivery, and execution across Evolus' U.S. digital product portfolio.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact...
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements.
  • Manage product documentation and backlog administration.
  • Coordinate testing, releases, and implementation activities.
  • Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs and Engineering.
  • Support roadmap planning and portfolio governance.
  • Track product performance and operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product processes and operations.
  • Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills You'll Bring to the Team...
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Product Management, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, digital product management, product operations, or a related role.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for digital products.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum product development environments and supporting product backlogs, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience supporting digital product launches, enhancements, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Experience using data and operational metrics to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences and business needs to technical teams.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products, initiatives, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Strong ability to work across Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Engineering, and other business functions.

Preferred Qualifications...
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer technology, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Product board, Aha!, Figma, Miro/Lucid chart, Salesforce, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, or similar platforms would be valuable.

Compensation & Total Rewards

This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $81,000 to $101,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
