Who You Are:Versar is seeking a full-time Digital Innovation Posture Coordinator within its new Digital Innovation (DI) operating unit, reporting to the Senior Vice President of DI. Focused on the Philippines and South Pacific, this position will combine regional posture expertise with practical digital innovation to help customers plan, prioritize, design, coordinate, and execute mission-critical infrastructure and asset requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, program teams, technical specialists, contractors, and host-nation stakeholders to reduce friction, improve readiness, and accelerate mission execution in austere, remote, logistically constrained, and politically sensitive environments.
The ideal candidate will bring practical experience supporting Department of Defense, joint service, and federal customer missions in the Pacific and an innovation mindset focused on converting operational and posture requirements into executable outcomes. This role will integrate advanced planning, site access, real estate and land-use coordination, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and field-level problem solving with digital tools, repeatable processes, geospatial capabilities, and data-driven decision support. The individual will serve, where appropriate, as an owner's representative and trusted technical adviser, helping customers improve situational awareness, evaluate options, manage constraints, and sustain momentum across complex project delivery environments.
Most importantly, the Digital Innovation Posture Coordinator will help build and advance an innovation pipeline that connects field requirements with scalable digital solutions. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to apply geospatial analytics, digital workflows, integrated data, dashboards, automation, and decision-support tools that give customers greater visibility into posture requirements, risks, dependencies, and execution status. These capabilities will help customers make faster, better-informed decisions and plan, deliver, and sustain mission-enabling infrastructure in austere and logistically constrained locations.
What You'll Do:- Serve as a Digital Innovation posture coordinator supporting the planning, prioritization, design, coordination, and execution of mission-critical infrastructure and asset requirements across the Philippines and South Pacific.

- Support advanced planning efforts, including site access, land-use considerations, real estate coordination, permitting pathways, host-nation engagement, stakeholder alignment, and field-level readiness activities.
- Coordinate with DoD stakeholders, joint service representatives, uniformed engineering units, contractors, government authorities, and host-nation partners to support timely project execution.
- Identify risks, constraints, and decision points that may affect mission timelines, cost, access, approvals, or operational agility, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Capture field insights, customer needs, operational constraints, and lessons learned to shape an innovation pipeline and develop repeatable digital workflows, data standards, and scalable solutions for future regional missions.
- Travel to the Philippines, South Pacific, and other regional locations, including logistically constrained or austere environments, to support coordination for mission-critical infrastructure, expeditionary engineering, and related readiness efforts.
- Identify, prototype, and advance digital innovation opportunities-including geospatial tools, workflow automation, integrated data environments, dashboards, and decision-support capabilities-that improve speed, agility, transparency, and mission outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, decision-ready information through coordination trackers, geospatially enabled planning products, dashboards, planning assumptions, stakeholder inputs, permit status, access requirements, progress updates, and risk mitigation actions.
What You'll Bring:- At least 10 years of progressive experience supporting DoD, joint service, expeditionary engineering, infrastructure, logistics, real estate, permitting, planning, or field coordination efforts.
- Proven experience coordinating mission support, infrastructure, engineering, planning, construction, or customer advisory activities in the Philippines, South Pacific, INDOPACOM AOR, or other complex, geopolitically sensitive operating environments.
- Experience supporting risk identification and mitigation related to access, permitting, host-nation coordination, real estate, logistics, environmental considerations, and mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-support skills in dynamic field environments.
- Familiarity with project management, planning, coordination, and reporting tools used to manage schedules, risks, actions, and stakeholder inputs.
- History of supporting multiple concurrent efforts while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and documentation.
- Ability to provide field-level coordination, planning support, and practical recommendations to technical and program leadership.
- Demonstrated experience building or advancing an innovation pipeline that uses digital tools, modernized processes, geospatial capabilities, integrated data, and decision support to improve readiness and customer mission outcomes across geographically dispersed portfolios.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, manage competing priorities, and produce high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Ability and desire to learn, experiment, adapt, and grow professionally in support of Versar's expanding Digital Innovation and INDOPACOM mission portfolio.
- Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
- Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate's start date.
Required Skills:- Experience working across Department of Defense echelons, joint service organizations, military engineering units, civilian agencies, and host-nation stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Philippines, South Pacific, INDOPACOM, Pacific Deterrence Initiative, theater posture, or expeditionary engineering priorities, with an understanding of the operational importance of improving speed, agility, and mission effectiveness across the region.
- Ability to support customers as an owner's representative or technical adviser in advanced planning, design coordination, construction readiness, real estate coordination, permitting, site access, stakeholder engagement, and field coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to represent U.S. interests professionally and effectively with government, military, contractor, and host-nation stakeholders.
- Experience preparing and providing briefings, coordination updates, planning products, and recommendations for customers and internal leadership.

- Willingness to travel within the Pacific region, including to logistically constrained, remote, or austere locations.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project, with demonstrated ability to apply digital collaboration, workflow automation, geospatial tools, data integration, dashboards, or related decision-support capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points and convert them into practical, user-centered digital solutions that improve how customers visualize posture, assess tradeoffs, prioritize investments, and execute mission requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, develop practical solutions, and coordinate across diverse stakeholders to maintain momentum.
