Overview

 

Responsibilities

As the Digital Growth Analyst at Travel Leaders Network you will be the lead for data and analytics and guiding our business through digital and website strategy, development, user experience and more.  You will be the driving force in bridging the gap between Marketing, Technology, Creative, External Partners and others within the business.  You will lead the day-to-day efforts with data and analytics, oversee website performance and optimization, A/B testing, be the guiding voice for UX/UI Design, oversee Google Ad Performance, and more.

You are a data-driven problem solver that enjoys being the first to spot issues, abnormalities and trends. Troubleshooting, providing solutions and testing theories while leading the team to a win is what keeps you going. You have the unique ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.  

 

  • Monitor day-to-day website analytics, traffic and performance metrics to identify anomalies, drop-offs, emerging issues as well as spot trends
  • Query and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends in campaign performance, attribution, A/B testing and consumer behavior
  • Troubleshoot website performance and functionality, collaborating with dev, design, digital through set-up and management of A/B testing
  • Guide the team through UI/UX design, create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes leveraging user data and analytics to inform design choices
  • Guide the integration of SEO/AEO/GEO across digital strategies, partnering closely with media, content and technology teams
  • Lead Content Optimization strategies on .com to ensure we are attracting quality traffic and leads for our network
  • Oversee day-to-day paid search and digital efforts
  • Innovate and improve our data strategy
  • Stay actively informed about industry changes like AEO, GEO, SGE, multimodal search, structured data and emerging platform capabilities
  • Explore practical AI applications for consumer insight analysist, content creation, personalization and workflow efficiency
  • Support the team in training our network of advisors both in-person, on webinars, through newsletter communication etc… on how small business owners can better utilize data, understand trends and tap into the everchanging space in .com to keep-up with things like AI, SEO/GEO/AEO, etc.. by providing guidance on how they can integrate these things into their business
  • Ability to assist the team across a variety of Social Media Programs such as Creator Circle, Social Lab, Social Share Pro and other social efforts as needed
  • Be the leading force in keeping up with changes, trends and other items that may be an issue or opportunity to improve .com performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields, data science, analytics, marketing, web design, UX/UI
  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing web analytics or related field
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data, identify trends, determine actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present complex data in clear and persuasive manner to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4 required, others a plus)
  • Proven experience with A/B/multivariate testing tools and methodology (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize successor, etc..)
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they effect performance and conversion
  • Knowledge of media buying strategies and tactics including the optimization of paid media spends across various channels
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with other paid digital channels (Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc..) is a plus
  • Up to 15% travel – domestic and international
