• 8 years of experience in BIM delivery without a degree can substitute for formal education.
• Strong ability to learn and use new software programs efficiently.
• Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software and related project deliverables.
• Skillful in integrating multiple BIM models from various software platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination efforts.
• Develop and refine digital delivery standards and processes.
• Manage integrated project delivery for design-build initiatives.
• Apply quality assurance and control standards to digital project scopes.
• Conduct clash detection and manage resolution processes.
• Oversee project setup, including model files and cloud services.
• Create and deliver engaging digital model presentations for clients.
