Position DescriptionThe Digital, AI & Business Transformation Analyst supports the VP of Strategy & Transformation by helping identify, document, test, and support AI, automation, systems, analytics, dashboard, and metrics improvement opportunities across the business. This role connects business processes with digital tools, AI capabilities, ERP workflows, and data-driven insights to support a more scalable, measurable, and intelligent operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document AI and automation use cases across core business processes
- Support development and testing of LLM-based tools, AI agents, and workflow automation
- Build and improve dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting
- Help define metrics, scorecards, and reporting standards in partnership with functional leaders
- Support business process improvement tied to ERP and operational systems
- Provide hands-on support for Vista / Viewpoint and the broader Trimble ecosystem
- Help bridge business process needs with IT, Data, and system administrators
- Track AI pilots, automation opportunities, adoption, and business value delivered
- Support data quality checks, metric definitions, and reporting governance
- Help embed AI and digital tools into MOS routines and standard work
Position RequirementsExperience:- 3-5 years of experience in business systems, data analytics, BI, ERP support, automation, AI enablement, or digital transformation
- Experience with AI tools, LLMs, agents, Copilot-style workflows, or automation platforms preferred
Abilities/Requirements:- Experience with dashboards, KPI development, and business reporting
- Vista / Viewpoint or Trimble ecosystem experience strongly preferred
- Power BI, Excel, and SQL proficiency preferred
- Construction, industrial, or middle-market business experience preferred
- BI or AI-related certifications (Power BI, Azure AI, or similar) preferred
- AI use case identification and documentation
- LLM, agent, and automation workflow awareness
- Dashboard design and KPI development
- Comfortable translating business needs into data and system requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Data analytics and visualization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have a valid drivees license and be authorized to work in the United States
Education Required- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field)
