Pay Transparency: $120,000.00/Yr. - $249,998.00/Yr.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

The anticipated starting salary range for Chicago, I.L. based individuals expressing interest in this position is base salary plus unlimited commission $120,000.00/Yr. - $249,998.00/Yr.  

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

What You’ll Do (And Win At)

  • Drive the Hustle: Hunt down and close new business relationships with local, regional, and national brands looking to dominate the podcast and streaming audio space.
  • Architect Custom Campaigns: Move past "cookie-cutter" pitches. You’ll design high-impact, multi-platform digital solutions using premium podcast integrations, streaming audio, and advanced performance marketing tools.
  • Own the Full Cycle: From cold outreach to closing large-scale contracts, you’ll manage the pipeline and lead campaigns that move the needle for your clients.
