As a full-time flat rate technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our customers. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position can surpass $100,000.00 annually depending upon experience and motivation level and your time management skills, payroll cycles are semi-monthly. Will consider a relocation stipend for the right individual with verifiable references and experience. As a flat rate technician, you have the potential to increase your earnings through a tiered commission structure based on the number and quality of services performed. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of automotive services including diagnosis and repairs for gasoline and diesel vehicles, routine maintenance, and vehicle inspections
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently identify and resolve issues
- Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain recommended services and provide price estimates
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new technology and techniques in the automotive industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an automotive diesel technician preferred
- General ASE certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must have own tools
