JOB OVERVIEWAs a DevOps Engineer, you'll help build, run, and improve the platform behind our healthcare products. You'll work across Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations, keeping our systems reliable, secure, and easy to deploy. You'll partner with development teams and take ownership of services end to end. You'll also use AI as a core part of how you work, both to move faster and to find smarter ways to run and improve the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Design, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines so teams can ship quickly and safely
- Support production: incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Plan and run releases and deployments across environments
- Build monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to catch issues before customers do
- Automate repetitive operational work with scripting and tooling
- Use AI tools every day for coding, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation, and help the team use them effectively
- Find opportunities to apply AI across DevOps workflows, such as incident triage, pipeline insights, and infrastructure automation
- Apply security best practices, including secrets management, managed identities, and least-privilege access
- Help manage cloud cost and capacity
- Document systems, runbooks, and decisions, and share knowledge across the team
- Mentor other engineers and work with development, product, and security teams
QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCEOur stack is Azure and Microsoft-based. Strong experience with equivalent platforms and tools is welcome.

- Observability tools such as New Relic or Application Insights
- AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, used regularly in day-to-day work
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- Building AI agents or AI-driven automation for DevOps workflows
- PostgreSQL
- Healthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Azure or Terraform certifications
