Duties:
• Design and develop parallel computing algorithms
• Design and develop tools to optimize parallel computing algorithms
• Manage life-cycle of HPC products from inception to deployment
• Research new parallelization paradigms on new computer architectures

Skills:
Please note: Only experienced HPC candidates will be considered, on the job training of Linux Admins will not be offered due to the complexity of the environment setup.
Required:
• Min 3+ experience in the following in HPC and AWS:
• Deep Knowledge of High Performance Computing platforms
• Deep Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS
• Good understanding of HPC Job schedulers such as UGE, LSF or Slurm
• Good understanding of Linux Operating Systems such as RHEL, Ubuntu
• Good command over scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python or R

Desired (at least 3) :
• Configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Storage technologies, especially Isilon OneFS, NFS, GPFS and SMB
• Experience with profiling and debugging tools
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Nagios or Icinga
• Good understanding of Linux Networking and Security
• Good understanding of fundamental AWS services such as IAM, EC2 and S3/Glacier
