Role Overview
We are seeking developers with strong Angular and .NET skills to support the FPRS Security Engineering, FPRS and NDB modernization, and Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancement (OM&E) initiatives.
The ideal candidates will contribute to modernizing the FPRS interface, developing NDB Power BI reports, and supporting enhancements to existing applications. Developers will work in two week sprints, following peer code reviews and established GitHub based development and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills
- Hands on development experience with Angular and .NET.
- Experience building, testing, and maintaining application interfaces using Angular and .NET.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment with two week sprint cycles.
- Experience with peer code reviews and source control using GitHub.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects and implement enhancements in existing production systems.
Preferred Skills
- Power BI development experience.
- Experience writing DAX queries.
- Experience with Power BI Report Builder.
- Experience supporting modernization and ongoing maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and test modernized FPRS interfaces using Angular and .NET.
- Develop and maintain NDB Power BI reports.
- Participate in two week development sprints.
- Perform peer code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Use FNA Enterprise GitHub for source code management.
- Support and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify and resolve defects in existing live systems.
- Implement application enhancements and support ongoing maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with project team members to deliver modernization and OM&E objectives.
Expected Deliverables
- Four quarterly software releases.
- Version Description Document for each quarterly production release.
- Fully commented source code delivered within three business days of each production release.
Education Requirement
College equivalent education or experience is preferred.
