Update, refactor, troubleshoot, and extend existing applications to address new features and operational needs.
Design and maintain responsive, stable, and scalable relational databases.
Develop secure web applications and system integrations using sound authentication, authorization, and maintainability practices.
Submit and review pull requests, manage merges, and follow established source control, branching, and code review practices.
Perform unit, integration, functional, and nonfunctional testing, including development of user-focused test scenarios.
Build, maintain, and use CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, and releases.
Support occasional off-hours deployments and resolve application issues in collaboration with technology colleagues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, application design records, and user or developer handbooks.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with C#, Visual Studio, and ReSharper.
Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo UI, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, and SQL.
Experience developing or supporting custom web applications, including authentication, authorization, and system integrations.
Experience with Azure DevOps and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control, pull requests, and merge workflows.
Ability to evaluate technical requirements, analyze problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Clear communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Workday, Microsoft 365, professional services environments, or financial data preferred.
How You'll Thrive
Take ownership of assigned development work and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
Balance independent problem-solving with collaboration and thoughtful technical review.
Build adaptable solutions that accommodate ongoing application changes.
Approach testing, security, and documentation as essential parts of software delivery.
Provide responsive support to internal colleagues and maintain professionalism when addressing urgent issues.
