Job SummaryTake your development experience beyond routine application support. The position is hybrid and is located in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities - Develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates complex programs for multiple functional areas.
- Designs and develops new solutions to support diverse business systems and processes of complex scope.
- Translates user requirements into concepts for information systems solutions and evaluates the effectiveness of these concepts.
- Analyzes existing programs and formulates logic for new systems. Devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs for a wide range of programs using creativity.
- Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests, and integrates applications components.
- Recommends and implement changes in development maintenance and system standards.
- Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
- Maintains current knowledge and skills on relevant topics and technologies. Includes pursuing/maintaining technical certifications, as appropriate.
Key Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer information systems; five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.
Compensation Data Battelle is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $81,600 - $116,300 per year, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location and market conditions.
