We're looking for a Software Developer who is driven to create practical, reliable, and scalable solutions that support the people we serve.
This is a fully onsite role in San Antonio, Texas, working closely with ministry and operational teams to deliver solutions that matter.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and support web applications using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server
- Build and maintain front-end applications using tools such as Blazor, Razor Pages, and ASP.NET MVC
- Develop and support APIs, integrations, and data-access layers
- Contribute to cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred)
- Apply secure coding practices and build reliable, maintainable solutions
- Collaborate with ministry and operational teams to deliver effective technical solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing system improvements
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years of software development experience in a Microsoft-based environment
- Strong experience with C# and modern .NET
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development
- Experience working with APIs and relational databases
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
