What you'll do day-to-day
Contribute to the development and customization of new investment products through quantitative analysis and portfolio design.
Research, design, and help implement enhancements to existing investment strategies, focusing on portfolio construction, risk modeling, and strategy robustness.
Perform in-depth portfolio and risk analysis to identify structural weaknesses, concentration risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Produce clear, rigorous technical analyses and communicate findings effectively to both quantitative and non-quantitative stakeholders.
Support investor and client engagements by providing technical insight on portfolio construction, risk, and performance.
Present findings to investors and clients, including preparing comprehensive presentation materials, tailoring explanations to diverse audiences, addressing technical questions in real time, and ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with strategic objectives.
What we're looking for

The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
