Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Lead and deliver workplace and life sciences projects from concept through completion
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and technical requirements - translating them into thoughtful, high-performing design solutions
  • Drive design excellence across all stages, from test fits and concepts to full construction documentation
  • Collaborate with Design Principals and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through our integrated design-build approach
  • Lead project teams in producing drawings, finish palettes, and fully coordinated documentation sets
  • Present and communicate design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure all designs align with building systems, codes, and technical requirements, including highly regulated environments where applicable
  • Balance creativity with constructability, ensuring designs are as deliverable as they are impactful
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of interior design experience, with strong exposure to workplace projects and ideally life sciences environments
  • A strong design portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical depth
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with Enscape or similar visualization tools
  • Proven ability to lead projects and guide teams through all phases of design
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and buildability
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards; experience with regulated environments is a plus
  • Confidence in presenting to clients and leading design conversations
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and time zones

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • NCIDQ, AIA, or LEED accreditation is a plus
