Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in electric distribution design and staking.
• Demonstrated capacity for independent project leadership and outdoor field work.
• Strong technical writing and communication abilities for effective client interaction.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines while fostering client relationships.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record required.
• Must be within commuting distance of Brighton, CO or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex medium-voltage distribution lines and service extensions.
• Conduct advanced field staking, including route evaluations and site measurements.
• Develop and approve construction drawings, work orders, and cost estimates.
• Analyze field data and maps for optimal design solutions.
• Act as technical liaison for clients and resolve project-related issues.
• Provide mentorship and quality oversight for junior team members.
• Support project planning efforts, including scope and scheduling management.
