Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of design-build and construction projects.
  • Lead architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and P&L performance.
  • Review design documents, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and applicable codes during Design Development.
  • Manage procurement, subcontract administration, invoicing, and project closeout.
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and project objectives.
  • Mentor and develop project staff and junior team members.

Perini Management Services Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an experienced Design-Build Project Manager to join our team in Astoria, Oregon.

The Design Build Project Manager to lead large-scale design-build and construction projects from design development through construction and closeout. This role is responsible for project execution, client relationships, contract administration, financial performance, scheduling, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
