Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with dermatologic concerns
- Diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers
- Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, lesion excisions, and cryotherapy
- Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on skin care management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and clinic meetings to improve practice and knowledge
Requirements- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in Adult, Family, or Dermatology Nursing
- Experience in dermatology or related specialty preferred
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on dermatological assessment
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
