Overview

Academic Alliance in Dermatology, in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking a full-time, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prior general dermatology experience to join our team in our Tampa office.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as biopsies and lab work.
  • Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic skin disorders and conditions. Prescribing medications and other treatments when needed.
  • Managing patients' overall care.
  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care our patients deserve.
  • Review all new client intake forms, and document client treatments and plans of care.
  • Build patient partnerships by appropriately matching patient needs to the various services and products offered and clearly educating the patient on how they will receive the most benefit.
  • Attend/conduct in-house training programs.
