Minimum Requirements:Education: - Bachelor's degree in any field with major course work in management, recreation management, sports management, maintenance operations, public art programs or library operations. Experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.
Experience:
- Requires seven or more years of increasingly responsible professional experience in a related field, including at least three years of supervisory responsibility.
Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements:- Valid AZ Driver's License upon hire.
PREFERRED/DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION(s): - Experience in a municipal or government setting.
- Five years minimum of previous supervisory experience is preferred
