General Dentist - Aubrey, TX | Partner Track. Equity Available. Up to $50,000 Commitment Bonus.North DFW growth corridor - minutes from Denton, Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm, Celina, and Cross Roads.
Dentist-led private group practice. We will hire a strong full-time general dentist. We are really looking for a partner. Equity is available. The founder wants a successor who will own this office and carry it forward.
Commitment bonus- Up to $30,000 for a three-year commitment
- Up to $50,000 for a five-year commitment
- Paid per the employment / partnership agreement (not a same-day lump-sum signing check)
- Final amount and payout schedule set with the offer
The current lead dentist is stepping down to about one day a week. The incoming doctor becomes the primary clinician, takes the existing patient base, and grows the practice from a foundation that is already producing.
Two ways in- Associate / incoming primary dentist: Full-time chair, established book, productive hygiene, 50+ new patients a month, plus the commitment bonus.
- Partner / successor: Equity ownership is on the table. The founder is not looking for a two-year placeholder. He is looking for the doctor who will take this practice and leave it better than he found it.
Start in the chair. Partnership structure and timing are discussed with doctors who fit clinically and want to stay.
Practice snapshot- 50+ new patients per month

Why AubreyAubrey sits in one of the fastest-growing residential corridors in North Texas. Families are moving into Prosper, Frisco, Little Elm, Celina, Cross Roads, Pilot Point, Denton, and north McKinney. Close enough to DFW to live where you want; the practice is in the growth, not in a saturated inner-ring suburb.
Who this is for- 1+ years of clinical experience (or a very strong new grad who wants a full book and a long runway)
- Wants comprehensive dentistry, not hygiene exams and Class IIs only
- Comfortable becoming the face of a small, busy office
- Entrepreneurial enough to care about production, new patients, and the P&L
- Wants roots in North Texas
- Willing to commit three or five years - and open to partnership
Who this is not forDoctors who only want a 90-day guarantee with no commitment, or who need a 15-op multi-doctor box on day one. This office is built for one primary doctor plus a tapering lead.
Same group, different officeSame dentist-led private group as our other North Texas offices: group operations and RCM in the back, private-practice autonomy in the chair. This office first. Leadership and additional ownership later, if you earn it.
Do not just join a practice. Help build one you can own.
