The work- Comprehensive restorative dentistry, crown and bridge and full-mouth rehabilitation
- Surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, and bone grafting
- Clear aligners, veneers and cosmetic dentistry
- Sedation dentistry, Botox and facial esthetics, and periodontal procedures
- Real clinical autonomy, with mentorship for dentists who want to grow in implants, surgery, sedation and treatment planning

What you need- DDS or DMD; experienced general dentists and exceptional residency-trained graduates welcome
- An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
- Clinical confidence, interest in comprehensive dentistry and an entrepreneurial, team-first mindset
- Interest in future ownership and long-term leadership in the practice
Compensation- 28%-30% of adjusted production
- $650-$750 daily guarantee for 3-6 months
- Expected first-year earnings of $220,000+, and $360,000+ as a mature provider
