Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, TN, just east of Nashville, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or new graduate looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.
Position Highlights
Income potential: $200,000-$400,000+ annually, based on clinical proficiency and production
Guaranteed annual base compensation: Guaranteed yearly base. With production-based earning potential above the guaranteed base
Compensation: 30% of adjusted collections
Schedule: 4½ days/week
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO
