Lead General Dentist to continue the strong legacy built by Dr. Maassarani at this successful, well-established practice in Commerce, MI.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants to serve as the practice's primary doctor, build lasting patient relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the office.
The OpportunityAs the sole dentist at the practice, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the clinical environment, guide treatment planning, and help shape the future of the office. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry and enjoys building trust with an established patient base.
Schedule- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Every Friday included in the regular schedule
- February start available
Clinical Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge, dentures, and extractions
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patients' needs
- Identify same-day dentistry opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Provide clinical leadership and help support the continued growth of the practice
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and clinical excellence
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive compensation with a daily guarantee and/or percentage of collections, based on experience and production

Qualifications- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Michigan dental license
- Ideally 3+ years of clinical experience; motivated newer providers will also be considered
- Comfortable providing a broad range of general dentistry procedures
- Strong treatment planning, communication, and patient relationship skills
- Interest in leading a practice and taking an active role in its continued success
