Compensation & Benefits- Ownership Track: Structured transition to ownership
- Earning Potential: $250,000-$300,000 annually
- Compensation Model: Percentage of adjusted production
- Continuing Education: $2,000 annual allowance
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k) package
- Schedule: Full-time (4 days a week) Tuesday through Friday
Practice Overview- Operatories: 6 total
- Technology: iTero scanner, full implant setup
- Clinical Team: 1.5 hygienists
- Patient Base: Primarily adults within a family-practice setting
- Payor Mix: PPO and FFS
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services
- Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice
Candidate Profile- DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license
- Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience preferred
- Spanish speaking a PLUS!
