General Dentist to join Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas.

What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
What We're Looking For- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Compensation and Benefits- Up to $40,000 total sign-on bonus, which includes a lodging stipend
- With a 2-year commitment
- Year 1: $14,000 sign-on bonus
- Year 1: $12,000 housing stipend ($1,000 per month for 12 months)
- Year 2: $14,000 sign-on bonus
- Potential income: $420,000-$470,400 yearly.
