What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and greater confidence in their oral health.

• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including cleanings, periodontal assessments, and scaling and root planing.

• Educate patients on preventive care and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.

• Develop individualized care recommendations based on each patient's needs.

• Partner with dentists and team members to deliver a positive, comfortable patient experience.

• Build trusting relationships that encourage long-term oral health.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.

• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.

• Strong communication and patient education skills.

• A compassionate, positive, team-oriented approach to patient care.

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

  Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Compensation45.00 About
