What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care for patients of all ages.
• Perform assessments including periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, radiographs, and patient evaluations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
• Build long-term patient relationships based on trust, compassion, and education.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification 

Compensation$45-$50 per hour About
