Dental Hygienist – Midwest Dental | Brookfield, WI

At Midwest Dental in Brookfield, we’re looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants more than just a full schedule—we’re looking for someone who wants to build relationships with patients, practice confidently at the top of their scope, and be part of a team that values the role hygiene plays in overall patient health.

What You’ll Do

Provide preventive and periodontal care, complete patient assessments and periodontal charting, educate patients on their oral health, collaborate with the doctor on treatment needs, and help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.

Schedule (days/hours)Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
  • Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
  • Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
  Qualifications
  • Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
  • New graduates are welcome!
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
  • A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
Compensation$54-$58 per hour About
