COMPENSATION - Guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases
- Plus, unlimited bonus potential of an EXTRA $3.00-20.00 bringing pay to $54-71/hour

Job Responsibilities- Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting, to seating and completing their in-clinic visit
- Exhibiting excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient's needs and concerns
- Removing calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teeth
- Performing periodontal therapy, including scaling & root planning when prescribed
- Completing head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicated any type of pathology
- Examining teeth and assessing periodontal health of each patient to prior to exam by dentist
- Charting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examination
Job Requirements- State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Ability to administer local anesthetic agents
