Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive patient experience from greeting to completion of in-clinic visits.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Remove calculus, stains, and cement from tooth surfaces.
  • Perform prescribed periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing.
  • Conduct head, neck, and intra/extra-oral exams to identify pathologies.
  • Assess periodontal health and prepare for dentist's examination.
  • Chart conditions of decay and disease as diagnosed by the dentist.

Full Job Description
Dental Associates offers a $10,000+ sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling. Plus, full benefits start at just 30 hours! But more importantly, you'll join a team where you can grow, feel supported, and help patients love their smiles.

Compensation
  • Guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases
  • Unlimited bonus potential, averaging an extra $3-20/hour
  • Guaranteed $5,000 Production Bonus in the first four months

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting to seating and completing their in-clinic visit
  • Exhibiting excellent customer service skills to create positive patient experiences, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient's needs and concerns
  • Removing calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teeth
  • Performing periodontal therapy, including scaling & root planning when prescribed
  • Completing head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicate any type of pathology
  • Examining teeth and assessing periodontal health of each patient prior to exam by dentist
  • Charting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examination


Job Requirements
  • State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent graduates or those graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 are encouraged to apply!)


Preferences
  • Ability to administer local anesthetic agents strongly preferred
