Compensation- Guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases

Job Responsibilities- Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting to seating and completing their in-clinic visit
- Exhibiting excellent customer service skills to create positive patient experiences, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient's needs and concerns
- Removing calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teeth
- Performing periodontal therapy, including scaling & root planning when prescribed
- Completing head, neck and intra/extra-oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicate any type of pathology
- Examining teeth and assessing periodontal health of each patient prior to exam by dentist
- Charting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examination
Job Requirements- State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent graduates or those graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 are encouraged to apply!)
Preferences- Ability to administer local anesthetic agents strongly preferred
