Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture; US licensure required.
• Minimum 12 years' experience, preferably with industrial, transit, or public infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial workflows, and maintenance facility requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for bus maintenance and repair building.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.
• Lead interdisciplinary technical coordination meetings and BIM coordination efforts.
• Maintain and manage Constructability Review comment logs and produce meeting agendas.
• Participate in internal financial reporting meetings with Senior PM/ Executive leadership team.
